Who we are

Jobeelink ("we", "us") matches businesses in the USA, UK, Canada, UAE and Australia with pre-vetted virtual assistants. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.jobeelink.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly, and a small amount of technical information when you visit the site.

• Consultation requests: the role you want to hire, your full name, work email address and phone number.
• Messages and call notes: anything you tell us about your business, the work you need done and your hiring preferences.
• Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, used to keep the site secure and working.

We do not ask for payment card details when you book a consultation.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, schedule a call and scope the role you want to fill.
• To match you with pre-vetted candidates and introduce a shortlist.
• To deliver and support the service if you hire through us, including billing and replacements.
• To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix technical problems.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing your information

We share information only where it is needed to provide the service or required by law.

• Candidates and assistants: the details of the role and business needed for them to assess a placement.
• Service providers: tools that host the site, send email, schedule calls or process payments on our behalf, under confidentiality and security obligations.
• Legal and safety: when we are required to by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Jobeelink, our clients or others.
• Business transfers: if Jobeelink is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

International transfers

Jobeelink serves clients in several countries and our assistants are recruited globally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Cookies and similar technologies

At the time of writing this site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics or marketing tools, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

How long we keep information

We keep consultation and client records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) to this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to:

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
